Big Man’s Bash Celebrates Clarence Clemons Jan. 6

Asbury Park, NJ – Big Man’s Bash this year moves to The Stone Pony and will celebrate not merely the life of saxophonist Clarence Clemons, who was born on Jan. 11, 1942, but his career which included his sometimes role as an actor, writer and his iconic status at a member of the E Street Band.

The bash begins at 2 p.m. and runs into 11:45 p.m. and is meant to welcome children everywhere but the immediate bar area. Tickets are $32 in advance and $37 at the door and VIP packages are available. All ages will be admitted but you must be 21 and older to drink in the bar area.

Proceeds will go to “Bullying: We’re kickin’ It,” a 501c3 national not-profit organization designed to reduce bullying behavior by improving the overall school and social climate, providing youth with the strategies to balance self-confidence, take responsibility of their own actions and positively intervene to help another.
